The products work effectively when combined.
Procedure for Use
Just Gargle- Just take enough for your mouth to gargle(15ml), gargle for 30 seconds, spit out and repeat. Use twice a day after meals.
Propolis tincture, add about 15-30 drops in 50 ml clean lukewarm water, stir to mix, and drink 2-3 times a day.
Apitherapy honey take 7.5ml (1 & half teaspoon) three times a day.
