Procedure for Use
Just Gargle-Add Half tsp of the powder to 50 ml of clean warm water and gargle the solution 2–3 times a day.
Propolis tincture, add about 15–30 drops in 50 ml clean lukewarm water, stir to mix, and drink 2–3 times a day.
Apitherapy honey, take 2 teaspoons three times a day.
