Ideal for ages four and above.
Good in boosting immunity, Suitable for coughs, colds and flu, tonsillitis, sinusitis, bronchitis, chest congestion and other respiratory conditions.
The products work better when combined.
Procedure for Use
Just Gargle-Add Half tsp of the powder to 50 ml of clean warm water and gargle the solution 2–3 times a day.
Propolis tincture, add about 7-15 (depending on) drops in 50 ml clean lukewarm water, stir to mix, and drink 2–3 times a day.
Apitherapy honey takes 7.5ml (1&half teaspoon) three times a day.
